A Sydney-based creative with over 20 years’ experience conjuring breathtaking editorial, runway and brand-defining commercial campaigns, Baron is a sought-after talent, voice and mentor within the Australian and international makeup industry. Her work has covered, and been featured within the pages of Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, RUSSH, i-D, Lovewant, V Magazine and Wall Street Journal.
In 2014, Baron was appointed Australia’s first Official Spokesperson for Fragrance and Beauty for luxury Maison, CHANEL, and has remained an admired representative of the brand since. She has been tapped to work with some of the world’s most recognisable faces including Rihanna, Rita Ora, Billie Eilish, Bella Hadid, Georgia Fowler, Teresa Palmer, Kylie Minogue, Lorde and Miranda Kerr.
A career highlight for Baron, among others, was being selected by British Vogue’s Editor in Chief, Edward Enninful, to bring coverage to life for the publication heroing Australian talent and landscapes.
Baron has spent over a decade bringing her talents to international fashion week teams, working on runways with brands such as Dior, Celine, Marc Jacobs, Alexander McQueen and Vivienne Westwood. She has served as the makeup director for Australian runway shows including Dion Lee, Christopher Esber and Bianca Spender.
Baron has also conceptualised looks for premium advertising clients including David Jones, Country Road, Cue, Ellery, Scanlan Theodore and Zimmermann.
